Stress affects one’s mental and emotional state, as well as their physical well-being. For some, stress management can become overwhelming, and psychotherapy can help to regain control and alleviate extreme stress and its effects.

Often times, high stress levels come from a traumatic or sudden change in someone’s life. It may be a job loss, a divorce, a move, or any number of reasons that your stress level has risen beyond control. Psychotherapy will help to manage negative thinking, encourage positive thinking, and problem solve, to start. These changes will result in a much more manageable stress level.
